Rarely have anything you ask for. Advertise lactose free milk and soy milk on their menus, they dont carry it. Coffee regularly... tastes burnt. Donuts are stale when they come in. I'd give it a 1 star review but at least some of the workers are good. Read more
Tim Hortons in B Building 2nd Floor. Completely screwed up my order, and tables are filthy, this is a hospital FFS!
Tim Hortons in B building 2nd floor was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. At the hospital with a very ill family... member went to get breakfast while I waited for a procedure. Ordered a BELT sat down started eating it and about half waythrough realized there was no bacon. Approached this taller balding fella and told him he forgot my bacon, he proceeded to say ?you have bacon? even as I showed him clearly I didn?t. When he handed me a couple strips his response was ?here?s MORE bacon?insinuating I?m lying. Like really? Why did Google maps tell me there is a Tim Hortons here when it's a townhouse complex. I keep saying "okay Google directions to... the nearest Tim's when I'm in the area, and it brings me here. Now I have to remember 800 comissioners, and remember not to fallfor it again. Read more
Google maps has the location of this place wrong. It's Commissioners Rd East. Not west. Yet it all shows up in Google maps as... being in a condo complex at the top of snake hill on Commissioners rd West. Please fix. Read more
This is in regards to the Tim Horton's on the 3rd floor. Small but nice area, easy to get drinks. It's a mini Tim Hortons. ... You don't pay for your food here, you take it to a central cafeteria counter to pay. Read more
Long line ups in the morning, this is the only time Hortons in the main lobby. It's a good size, has 3 ordering counters. They... serve all of Tim Hortons menu plus prepackaged sandwiches. There are 2 more Tim Hortons in the hsopital, one in the D tower onthe third floor (main cafeteria) and one in the hallway on the way to A tower (the original hospital building). All of these TimHortons are operated by the hospital. They provide great service on most days. Read more
