Upon entering the facility, I was greeted in the 3 second timeframe they're supposed to greet me by ( for those confused, it's a... standard the location has set ). They showed their patience to me via their understanding, and were outgoing. I madelighthearted banter with the two employees on shift ( on Monday, March the 14th ), and had a MOST desirable experience. If anoutgoing, patient & lighthearted approach to fast food service sounds desirable, accompanied with a wide variety of subs tocustomize to your liking, lemme tell ya - this location's for you! Had an issue where I ordered off of the app, there was an error, but my money was still taken. I spoke to the woman who was... working and she still made me my subs even though the order didn't come through on her end. Great service and shows she caredabout the customer! Hours are not accurate. Been here twice now and they are closed. Do not beleive the hours. Its 6:18pm and they are closed. Do... not call line is frequently busy and they do not answer the phones. Endless problems. Half the menu is offered. No guac at thislocation. Does not make breakfast subs. Avoid the headache and go to a diff location. One at Oxford is amazing! Read more
