Good sandwich and friendly staff, but I got a 6 inch and it was 5.5

I have been here dozens of times and food was good - tonight I was too tired to argue about the crumbs from the end of a roast... that were being presented as six slices of roast beef. There was more bread than beef visible. I also had a ham and pizza meltsub on the shelf being prepared. I assume they ended up throwing out three subs as I walked out. The subs are always made properly Edit: turkey ham and bacon with double meat. Delicious as always!!

This is the absolute best subway in the entire city, the bread is always fresh and the veggies are not withered or rotten like... some of the other locations across the city, specifically the Wharncliffe Rd s location, subway you definitely need to dosomething about that location, it's the worst. March 22 2021 at around 630 pm went to this location to purchase 1 assorted sub and was told the only bread they had was white... or whole wheat. Dinner time and only 2 kinds of bread humm. When I opened the sub at home found the bread to be old if not prefrozen and I say this with having been a professional chef for over 30 years. The sub was even cut the wrong way making mewonder was this subway that I went to or did someone play a bad trick on me. Needless to say I will not be coming back as thisis the second time I have been let down. Personally I hate complaining but when I ask for something and I pay for something Iexpect what I asked for to be what I am given. Just to add it was my girlfriend who went in to grab the sub beef I had seen whatI was about to be given I wouldn't have take it. I really hope the owners see this , but they won't im sure. We used the app to place our order. When I arrived 7 minutes past the time the app said my order would be ready, there was one... clerk working, and many people waiting to order. He said that my order wasn't ready and to wait for him to make it. It wouldtake about 5 minutes he said. He then proceeded to complete 4 separate orders from people waiting at the counter. By the time Ifinally got the order in my hand, it was 20 minutes after the time the app said it would be ready. This is not the first timeI've used the app to order, and the order has never been ready on time at this location. I've used at other locations in thecity and I've never had any issues. If your on a schedule, avoid using this location. Read more
