I ordered a soy PSL, and it just tasted like regular milk. When I ordered again, they said they?re just out of soy milk. It... would?ve been concerning if I were allergic to lactose. Always crammed and busy. Staff were very friendly. 4 star for making me wait for too long and then come to find out someone else... took my drink. They were veey nice and made me another drink right away. 5 stars on the days that I've been offered two drinksbecause they made one out of mistake. Amazing staff. Mia and tall young lady that works days(Amika possibly?). I come in once or twice week with my daughters dog... Archie. Archie pulls me here on our walks. These two ladies and the rest of the staff have been amazing to accommodate Archieoutside and deliver me my Americano and puppacino for Archie. Thank you for the terrific service and the TLC. My drink is literally four ingredients. Matcha, water, milk, ice. The fact that light ice is half a cup is kind of ridiculous. I... can also see the amount of water they put in for light water because it was visually separate in the cup from the milk. If yougo to pretty much any of the location you will be getting what you pay for usually. This one's just too busy to actually dodrinks when they're customized at all. Read more

Seating is unavailable when we came for a visit today so only takeout orders. The service was fast and the area was kept clean... and ordering process was smooth. All the baristas were nice and helpful. Read more
A nice Star Bucks just inside Masonville Mall. Prices are normal but have all the selections as any other location. Always... surprised with the quality of coffee. Lots of staff to help and always parking. #localguides Read more
Your customer service from the new little girl in a striped sweater leaves a lot to be desired. I was feeling sick cause I have... a condition and I was waiting to just ask for a cup of milk cause it helps, but she straight up chatter with another customerfor 5 minutes straight about the zoo and then ignored me entirely.
