Quick service if you go inside, and quality is consistent with any other Starbucks. But I?m surprised there aren?t comments... about cleanliness/bugs. Tons of dead wasps on the windows/floor, plus wasps just buzzing around the sitting area. I got some kind of caramel macchiato thing for the first time because i was tired and I needed to make it through an 8 hour... shift at work Justine mentioned it might be a little strong but truly that thing downright jumpstarted my body twice. 10/10would get it again on that alone lol. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. A little context of what happened before I tell what the store did. I got a... Chocolate Cream cold brew from a different store which I did not like at all. So I stopped on my way to this starbucks locationto get another drink since I did not like the one I got. It is Starbucks policy that I do get to have a new drink if I do notlike the one I got even though its a different drink. I had no intention of having both drinks, I wouldn't have minded if theytook the original drink back and gave me a new drink. Instead they refused to change the drink for me and made me pay for a newone. As a former partner, I do know certain rules and upon being asked for clarification we were told that the shift supervisorinstructed that the drink be charged since I was getting a different drink than the one I didn't like. I confirmed and it isstill Sbux policy to get a different drink in exchange of one you do not like. I have had multiple bad experiences with thisstore. Another time, my drink was made wrong. Absolute ridiculous service. Would not recommend anyone to go to this store ifthey refuse to follow sbux policies and/or standard recipe for the drinks they are making. Read more
They have 7 people working. I've just spent 10 minutes waiting in line. First they ignored me and the 2 people in front of me.... Then a staff person coming on shift proceeded to take 5 min goofing around with the cashier while they had a nice little chitchat. Manager should probably have a huddle with the staff about why this isn't okay. I can spend my $7 for a coffee somewhereelse. Read more

Everything I get here is so delicious!! I always have an incredible experience with this Starbucks! This is truly the best... location! The staff go above and beyond to make sure my order is perfect! (Even though I tend to have a lot of modifications) &Today they truly brightened my day by writing my name on the bag in beautiful handwriting! (And they?ve done this many timesbefore too!!) It?s the little things that mean the most! Thank you for making my distance learning university experience perfectby fulfilling all my coffee needs! You guys are truly the best!!! Read more
