I have frequented this location for over a year about 3-5 times a week as part of a routine. I have never been particularly... impressed with the customer service in terms of wait times. This drive thru was always a bit slower. I always have a very simpleorder. Just a black coffee. Today however, will be the last time I visit this location. It was 6:42 by my clock, I pulled intothe parking lot to ensure they were open as drive thru opens at 6 . I saw two associates inside. I pulled up to the order paneland waited, there was no greeting of any kind so I pulled up to the window to see if I could let them know I was there in casethey had forgotten to turn on the panel. The young man who was working was chatting with the young lady and we made eye contactand he continued to chat. He made no gesture of acknowledgement whatsoever. I waited for another few moments to see if he wouldcome over, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they continued to chat and not acknowledge me. I had to get to work so Icouldn't wait any longer and I left. Starbucks is usually a fantastic place to go and get great service. I'm very discouraged. Read more
Drive thru is a bit busy, I recommend doing mobile order. Great staff and the drinks are amazing as always!
Extremely slow service. Really great coffee though worth the wait.
Went there early this morning on our way out of town.. ordered a Trenta black, unsweetened iced tea with only partial ice. ... Left the city, wanted a drink. Took first and only sip....Yuck!!! It was sweetened. Got to our destination and phoned back tostore.....a nite would be left for that staff. Drink was taken from me and dumped and glass discarded. The cashier then said Icould pick my drink up at end of counter. Guess what.....only a Venti given to me. Not impressed at all. Been taken to thecleaners!!!! Read more
This place has been a regular go-to for years for my coworkers and me since it is right down the street from our office. The... staff are always so sweet and inviting and I?ve had such great conversations with them. Today, after receiving the wrongsandwich on my lunch break, the amazing staff organized to personally bring the correct sandwich and cookies to share. I have always loved Starbucks during the Christmas season. That is one thing that I miss about working there. This was my first... visit to the Fanshawe Park Rd. & Hyde Park Rd. Location in London. I picked up a peppermint mocha and enjoyed the Christmas treewhile waiting for my drink to be made. Of course the Starbucks atmosphere is always inviting and the employees were friendly.Plus a hand crafted beverage always has me coming back to Starbucks. ?? Read more
First time coming here as I recently moved to ontario, and I'm happy to say this was a great first impression for this location....
