We were very excited to come here and eat after reading all the reviews. We ordered the 1/2 chicken and pork cutlets and both... were very dry. It seemed that the food had been sitting for a while and lost a lot of moisture. The pulled pork sandwichthough was delicious and so were the sauces. I was looking forward to trying some toast piglet but they don?t serve them onweekdays. Too bad. Read more
We went there on a Saturday and the dish of the day was piglet. They served us 5 pieces of cold bones with rice. We questioned... the waitress and she told us that the dish was correct and it was supposed to be cold (I've never seen Portuguese culinary coldpork - especially the fat). Since I moved to London 5 years ago, I can count on Rei dos Leitões to consistently deliver delicious, quality food every... single time. Tonight we ordered Dinner for 2 Meal C. What we liked: Everything ? There really isn?t much we don?t like aboutthis restaurant. We would probably eat here more if we didn?t like to cook at home so much. If you don?t believe how good thefood is, just check out the pictures below and the photo will help you find the restaurant. Just go now & pickup a bottle ofthe hot sauce.
