This place is horrible. My husband and I came into the store and ordered 2 6" subs and I got a glass of water and he got a... small fountain drink. We were eating our meal for about 10 mins and the lady who did not serve us came up to my husband and saidyou did not pay for your drink, you need to pay now! We were both astonished with how it was handled because when we orderedwith our original server we told him what we would like and he gave us the total we paid the bill and thought everything wasgood to go. Mind you $18 for 2 6" subs is way over priced in my opinion. If she wanted to know all she had to do was come andask us instead of loudly accusing him of stealing juice infront of other customers. Apparently the server never put in the smallfountain drink on the bill and the lady accused him of stealing juice while we are sitting in the restaurant eating a nice meal. I have never been disappointed by this location. Service is fast and friendly, food is always what I expect from a Quiznos. Love... the $5 deal sub, has made me try some others beyond my favorite; the carbonara. Even on the deal, sandwich is the same. I dowish they had real coffee not Tassimo. Read more
