Quesada is my favourite Tex mex chain, however this location constantly falls short of expectations. This time I got the hard... shells tacos which were only half full even if I reminded them to add more, she wanted to charge me extra! Excellent burritos as usual, I can only imagine how much better they'd be had we not had to walk a 1/2 hour to home before... eating. Do get a burrito for yourself sometime, you will love it! Read more
Wow with Covid not having a washroom open at a eat in restaurant not being able to wash my hands before I eat is disgusting and... disappointing when the people behind the counter not being able to understand that you can NOT HAVE WASHROOMS CLOSE AND HAVEPEOPLE EAT IN IF YOO DONT HAVE A OPEN WASHROOM IT IS AGAINST HEALTH LAWS IN LONDON !!!!!! First time trying Quesada on Richmond St. I should have checked out reviews ahead of time since most said that they don?t fill... the burritos or bowls. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was almost empty. I didn?t know someone could be so cheap with evenchopped lettuce. It was supposed to be my dinner but it was more like a side salad instead of a meal. The bowl was so empty. I?meating a protein bar now as I?m still hungry. WARNING: I'm reporting a SAFETY ISSUE of their food. I ordered two burritos today from their Richmond store, and found one small... BLACK PLASTIC FRAGMENT in one burrito ( I stopped eating after seeing the plastic so I don't know if the other one had plasticas well). This is very dangerous as it can easily cause damage to customer's stomach if people just swallowed the food. One of the most amazing places to have a burrito bowl at. Though I feel the quantity can be increased but the taste and variety... is really appreciable. A must try :) They have vegetarian burrito bowl available as well and quite a few types of non vegetariantypes. Read more
