I was served today at 2pm by two ladies who were absolute angels. They made the bowl perfectly and were soooo kind and an... amazing sense of humor with patience dazzled on! The ladies working behind the line last night were amazing. It was nice to see food quality does not go down in the last hour of... operation. As a worker in this industry, I did inspect all the quality of the inserts on the line and I only saw cleanliness andfresh product. The manager on duty {brown longer hair} was present and over seeing staff, communicating with guest experiencewas nice to see. It's engaging to see she cared and was in control of the night. Absolutely the worst experience ever! BEAVERBROOK London location, ordered veg burrito, he put 3 onions on it. I asked... for more veg, he charged me extra!!! For the extra 3 pepper slices he added. I have been going to this location numerous of times to support my local restaurants. For this past months the management team... has changed and become rude, especially the male manager that has a horrible attitude along with bad customer service. I've hadsome problems with the restaurant such as having a pebble (stone) in my burrito and having hair twice in my quesadillas when itwas purchased at different times and dates. I have tried to contact customer service about these situations and no answer back,the only solution the restaurant has given me was to give more free food. I hope for hygienic reasons and to not ruin peoplesappetites, the restaurant changes to having hair nets and double checking the food for any dangerous hazards. Read more
I eat like a bird but I wouldn?t call this a proper dinner. I paid $35 for these and it took me 4 bites to finish my bowl. You... can see the bottom of the bowl as you open it. I?ve been driving from the North end of town just to reach this QDOBA location. Since choosing them, I quickly realized that... they are the top quick Mexican eats rest. In the city. MIT and the team deliver exceptional service while making delicious foodin a respectable and efficient manner. Not to mention, the serving sizes are more than enough- almost ending with left overseach order. My recommendation: Ground beef burrito. Highly recommend, check them out! Read more
