Horrible customer service. Mobile app charged us extra money after we confirmed subtotal and they refused to do anything about... it. They wouldn?t allow us to substitute drinks or biscuits or refund for them even though we didn?t want them. The fountain popwas horribly diluted and tasted like nothing, the biscuits were burnt and disgusting. We tried to get the issue handled and themanager laughed in our faces like he gets off on serving inedible food and drinks. Love how they greet us with a smile. The manager (Karen) is very friendly and approachable same as the cashier (Mary). I love... how they prepare my fave (delta minis) compared to other stores (Popeyes) Like there?s no stinky smell on it. If I could givemore than 5 stars I would. I?ve tried Popeyes 4 or 5 times and it?s ok. I was really hoping to give it a 4 star but I can?t. I had the combo spicy chicken... burger, fries and a pop combo. The burger wasn?t all that spicy. It was on the greasy side. The fries were fine. It?s definitelynot Chick Fillet. It?s a new location so I assume they will pick it up a bit. Overall it?s better than the Burger King besideit. The new chicken sandwich is very good. But I can't say excellent as it was promoted as spicy, and even called spicy but it was... not spicy. A bit of a let down. I even went in twice to buy the spicy chicken sandwich on a different day to give them a secondchance, but it still did not meet expectations. As I had thought they might have given me a regular sandwich. I gave thisreview 5 stars because the staff are excellent. I do however love their regular spicy chicken sandwich, Cajun flavor.
