Literally was just there. Waited 20min at the speaker. Get to the window and pay. She said it was declined, ok I use a different... method(card) and she tells me it was declined again. I pull up my bank account and it took it twice. I showed her and she said Idon't know how to help. I ask for a manager and she says she is the only one there. I understand that she will not be able tohelp me but if you are open all night you need to ensure that you have someone there that can help people. Besides that, it is arequirement that you need someone at a restaurant working at all time with a current food handlers certificate. I hope this poorworker that was doing everything herself is at least has the proper paperwork on file as this is a London board of healthrequirement. Read more

This place was just terrible every way you put it, down to the cold classic sandwich and onion rings (which both are supposed to... be warm if not hot even) and the most disgusting bathroom I ever seen and wish I'd taken a picture of it but I don't wantanybody to spoil they're last meal. The absolute worst popeyes in London. Purchased the upcharge for breast and these tools gave me a spicy chicken fillet meant for... sandwiches. A fillet is not a breast or rib cut. Not the first problem with this location. This is just the most recent. Read more
