Me and my friend went to order for the 2 large pizzas tonight that is nov 13th. While ordering we was looking at the topping to... be put in the pizza at that time the cashier or who was working there was like say fast that he was busy which is not a goodsign of customer service. Worst customer today (2nd November,2022) around 745pm .. we ordered a tandoori chicken pizza with out tamato , a male worker... gave a pizza with tamato and was arguing that I mentioned. He was very rude to customers ? Read more
So the pizza was good but bought the coffee crisp dessert pizza and there's pieces of plastic mix in the chocolate spread.
Terrible Poutine. Fries were tiny shoestring fries, cheese was cold from the fridge and gravy was thin and runny like soup. ... They should stick to what they do best, making mediocre pizzas. Read more
Dundas st London location They offer a special - 2 x slices of pepperoni or Cheese pizza's for $6. Tried them 4 different times,... before noon, at noon and just after noon, not once have they had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza!!! This has to be the most popularslice and yet they never have more than 1 available. When I ask if more are coming out, I'm told it'll be 30 mins, no more inthe oven. (this is at 11:50am right before lunch!!!) WHY have a special when you never offer the product!!! On a positive note,the pizza slices I did get each time were good. Read more
I can?t believe how HORRIBLE the customer service is. My order was an hour late so I called to inquire. They let me know that... they didn?t get my order, somehow even though I received a confirmation email. They then told me they will place my order and itwill be here in another 50mins. I was wondering if somehow this order would be taken care of. Then, he let me know absolutelynot and this order will be there in 50mins. I only eat there keto pizzas and it was late and had no other option , tried to callanother location and received the EXACT same customer service. I will not ever order from this place! Read more
The absolute worst Pizza Pizza location I?ve ever been to. Owner made racist comments to me and my friends and laughed at us... when we called him out. Reported this to Pizza Pizza HQ and we were told that he would undergo EDI and harassment training. Notsure if they followed through with that but I am extremely disappointed by this and will tell everyone I know to avoid thislocation. Read more
After moving from Kitchener I thought i will be missing my favourite pizza pizza location in Kitchener. But this location... exceeded my expectations. Because of their consistency every time i order my favourite whole wheat veggie, they are the bestever for me. Quantity of toppings is amazing. Humble and down to earth people Thank you :) Read more
