My goodness where do I start. Our family ordered by phone, 3 XL pizzas and cheese bread. At the end of the call I was told it... would come to $46 and we could pick it up in 20 minutes. My husband went to pick up the order and had to wait an additional 30minutes on top of the 20. When he gave the name and phone number the order was under the cashier told him I only ordered 2pizzas. When I called to let them know we had a pizza missing, the phone operator could see the order should have been 3 pizzas.I asked them to deliver the missing pizza as I wasn?t going to have my husband go back and wait another hour. They said theycould deliver but they had to charge for the 3rd pizza. I told them upon ordering initially that I was told it was $46 and Ishouldn?t be charged for the 3rd pizza after all the mistakes they made. I even offered to pick it up if they would agree on the$46 they initially told us the charge would be. They refused to make their mistake right. Recieved the wrong order (delivery), called the helpline and got fantastic service and they reordered my pizza. A few minutes... later I got a call from the store by an extremely crass and rude employee saying they have a hard time believing they made amistake (&that i need to text him a photo). Kinda disappointed with the delivery. They keep either giving us the wrong dip or forgetting it entirely. They've been late a... time, once, but we still had to pay despite this. The pizza quality isn't bad, but man, these dudes have to work on theirquality control for delivery. We paid money for those dips, man. Read more

I never asked for a burnt burger!!! I usually like Pizza Pizza burgers, but this time they decided to burn it. Never expected... this. Purchased at the wonderland location, as always! Update below, a week later! The team reached out to me and helped inaddressing our concern. They promised that necessary action will be taken. Hence raised the service rate from 1 to 4. Read more
