I am confused about all the negative reviews. My experience at this location was nothing but perfect. Steven was very friendly... and helpful over the phone and in person. The quality of Pizza was what you'd expect from Pizza Hut, it was made fresh andwithin 15-20 minutes of ordering it. The display inside the restaurant tells you exactly when your order will be ready so that'shelpful. I would return to this location for sure. Read more
There comes a time when one steps out of the hot tub and realizes they can't drive, and well really doesn't want to cook. ... Problem solved..order in right? Now is it a solution when your go to place is out of large dough??? Like out of the mainproduct they sell?? Only have medium in stock.....isn't that like a Florest out of daisy flowers, but trying to give you adandelion? I'm sorry. I'm hungry so yes I want a large and no---ordering two mediums won't do. I've ordered here at least 6 times and haven't had any issues. Overall, quality has met or exceeded my expectations. Same with... staff. Price is reasonable with coupons/online deals. Otherwise, it's quite high in price for what you get. I wish there weremore toppings, but this is the same with any major pizza chain. Overall, would recommend. Read more
Worst service ever, i ordered 1 large and 2 medium pizza for a birthday party and it was raining heavily so instead of carry out... I ordered for delivery at home and I also mentioned PLEASE CALL ON ARRIVAL and they didn?t and they kept pizza out in rain andwe didn?t even know that our pizza was outside for 30 minutes, one of our pizza literally got wet due to rain water coming inthe box. Let's start with the downsides first: it is a small place with no dine-in and hardly any room for more than 2 patrons to have a... queue. Now, there is a small outdoor dining area, but it is non operational in these covid times. The parking is good andthere's always a spot. The cook on the pizza is consistent and there are always pricing promotions that make it affordable. Wehaven't gotten into any mistakes so far and they haven't been stingy with the ingredients either. Wait times are pretty fasttoo. All in all, a solid performance for pizza takeout. Read more
Probably the worst Pizza Hut food experience we've ever had. Our order arrived 30 minutes late (tried calling, but no answer),... everything was cold, the chicken had barely any sauce, and both the pizza and pasta had hardly any toppings or cheese. Probably the worst customer service ever. Every time we call to order for pizza night for our family it takes over 15 to 20... minutes to get ahold of anyone at this location and again today same thing and we have to literally go in in person to make anorder instead of being able to pre order and have it ready when we arrive like every other pizza franchise. If you want a quickeasy pizza night for your family I suggest any other location then this. It?s unfortunate how much customer service skills havedowngraded within the last few years.
