It was not that of a great experience. To start with, the pizza crust was not fresh and the toppings were so uneven that I think... they just threw them on the pizza. There were flies around us while we?re dining. Hardly there were two customers in therestaurant, yet the waitress took hell lot of time to wait the table. We were served food but not plates. 5/5 for pizza & services. The perfect location for some one travelling on 401. The guys are pretty quick and pizza are... delicious. I ordered veggie pizza and it?s yummy. The place is neat and having a decent sitting arrangements. There is amplefree parking in front of this place. Read more
Perhaps my worst experience at a pizza place (Customer service wise as well as their pizza). Firstly as you can see in the... picture, the crust is almost 2 inches ! and there is barely any toppings, I noticed many other people have complained about thatsame situation. I'm not sure if they are trying to save cost or what but this usually happens when they have the BOGO dealsgoing on and it's all at the expense of customer satisfaction. Secondly, cx service wise I had placed an order once on theirwebsite around 30 min before closure and the website sent me a confirmation and everything. However, once I got the location topick it up the shift-manager tells me we couldn't process your order and at the time I was there he apologized and said we can'ttake my order at that time either. The dough was super undercooked, other than the crust it was literally a mouthful of raw dough under all the toppings????. When... i called to ask for my money back they offered to mail me a gift certificate?? Then someone else picked up and said they can?trefund me until the manager comes tomorrow..isn?t there usually supposed to be some sort of manager on duty..? Never again lol Read more
