Poor customer service. I entered at 7.40pm ordered my food for dine in and I was eating inside. As soon as the clock turned... 7.59p the worker over there turned off the main switch and told to leave. Am like young lady am still eating let me finish itbut she is like we are close at 8p. I had to leave immediately with burrito in hand. Owner should not look only at profits butrather focus on customer satisfaction and service and look for training/changing their workers and employees. Scam Alert ????? This is how much chicken you get for a 15$ chicken shawarma. Oh btw they don?t have gyro they just grill the... chicken and sell it as chicken shawarma. Horrible plain tasting food. Not going back there at all. Read more
I pretty much order the same thing every time because it?s yummy but NEVER ONCE has my order been wrong? and my order is... extremely weird. I get all different kinds of weird items in my gyro bowl and it?s always perfection! The food is alwaysfresh and there are so many options to choose from. Always comes hot and I love it?s consistency. All the staff are veryfriendly. I went in tonight to pick up my online order and it was PERFECT! Both employees were super nice and absolutelyfriendly. They are always fast and they always care enough to say ?thank you? to customers. That kind of service goes a longway! As a loyal customer, I?ll be 1000% honest I read all the reviews. All you 1 star reviewers make me laugh. YOU CANNOT GETFOOD POISONING WITHIN 5 MINUTES! It?s most likely something you ate the day before you came in. I have been in during superbusy times and never had anyone ?yell? at me over the counter or be rude. I think maybe you expect too much for what you pay. The food at pita pit isn?t bad. In fact it?s really good. However, the customer service is brutal. The one employee yells at... customers while she is asking you what toppings you want. There is usually only one person working. They have to take the ordersand make them. The wait is usually 30+ minutes. Read more
We ate at the restaurant on Monday June 6 2022 The reason for the one star review is as follows Got a chicken ceasor wrap with... In 2 hours in the bathroom with a bucket. Called next day Very Rude manager. Just wanted to give her a heads up she told me ittakes 24 for food poisoning before I hung up told her my next call was the health unit. Called unit explained my illness theywent out to pita pit that day. Now to Wednesday end up in Emerg Victoria hospital 3 bags of IV fluids later they let me go hopewith instruction if it get worse come back. Told my Husband Tuesday night if I died I would feel better. I You want tp eat heresave any leftovers as health unit might want them I lost 2 days of my life I will never get back. I?m really Disappointed this time, me and my wife come here at least trice in a week to have a Falafel Pita. Just walked out... today with sad face. The Manager knows us so well, and she is really helpful and always smiling and trying to make conversationwith us. But today there were two girls working, our order was taken and made by white girl with pink top she was extremelyrude. We asked for Hummus she is like we just have tiny bit left for the whole night, she asked me that are you ok if I put theleftover hummus which was sticking on the walls of the container. So I said that?s ok if you don?t have hummus, can I have extracheese instead! She said NO!!! Then I asked for side of Ancho Chipotle sauce, and trust me the container is not even half- full,I asked her can I please have little bit more side of sauce, she Said NO!!! Decent pita pit. Staff is friendly, but you can tell management controls a lot of what they can and cannot do. ie I got feta... cheese on my pita, but the whole spoonful was dumped in one spot. When I asked her to spread it out, she replied ?you only getone scoop?. That wasn?t what I asked, but to me it seemed like that they get asked that a lot of it was what she thought I wasasking for. They control the portion sizes more that other pita pits I?ve been to. Read more
