I usually order on Uber eats and leave fun notes in the notes section of my order. This buisness is usually very busy so I'm... extremely grateful they take the time to respond to some of my notes left on my order. Somedays it's the only communication Ihave with the outside world, so I am glad they respond! The soups are unreal! healthy, fresh and in large quantities. Thesmoothies are a meal in themselves to be honest! Very filling. You pay for what you get, there prices reflect quality but to behonest, I'm willing to foot the bill for quality fresh healthy food. Always love coming here to pick up some soup and a sandwich, especially on colder weather days. Every soup I have tried over the... years has quite literally been the best I have ever had. So flavourful and exactly what you imagine it should be. Customerservice depends on the day but generally good and they get you through quickly. I look forward to mamy more soup days ! Read more

Really disappointed ???? my partner and I love piping kettle... ordered a Cuban pulled Jack felt like trying something new. Bit... into my sandwich to find its actual pork inside... I have Not eaten meat in 5 years... This is not a minor mistake. We calledthe restaurant right away and I was offered a refund. Thats not the point, they can't make up for the fact that I bit into,tasted and ingested a small amount of pork. Read more
Staff seemed irritable with me. Non chalant attitude and asking size seemed like a very boring question to them. I get it, its... hard to stay motivated but customer service is the most important in this type of business. Maybe make a grumpy soup everyday. Read more
This place is good but seriously missing out on its true potential because it could be amazing. Menu selection is fantastic.... Service is fine but not particularly friendly or fast - always feels a bit like I'm inconveniencing the staff by being there..Really impersonal. If you folks are using a mirepoix for your soups you really should tone down the portion of celery and workon blending it better because I should not be finding chunks of carrot, celery and onion in my Broccoli soup! So far I haveenjoyed all the food, but it could be so much better if you paid a little more attention to details. Read more
I stopped by during soup hour, got 3 soups. It was my first time and I was excited. It was packed, I put it on the floor of my... car, packed my work bag around it to keep it upright. I was enjoying the delicious smell in my car as I drove home. When I gothome, I went to pick up the paper bag, only to have it disintegrate and have soup spill all over my car. I called the next dayand explained what happened, and the owner was so kind and gracious. She promptly resolved my issue and went above and beyond.I'm definitely going there for my soup fix from now on. ???? Read more
This place feels off and the dinning area doesn?t make any sense. I don?t see why I would want to eat in front of all the staff... making soup and sandwiches? Plus it?s very small and cluttered. Some of the staff have an attitude to them and honestly justdon?t seem like they enjoy their job at all. I had just picked up a soup today and I couldn?t even hear the lady behind thecounter talking to me because she was talking so quietly with a mumble. When I was paying she asked me if I wanted bread with mysoup and I said ?no thank you? because of the upcharge. She definitely didn?t like my answer and purposely gave me no utensilsor crackers in my bag. The soup is also either very hot or just straight up room temp, so it?s kind of a hit or miss wheneveryou decide to buy soup from there.
