I placed an online order using the order-online.ai website, which was tagged as being the preferred method by the business. I... went through the options they presented to build your own bowl, which is next to nothing, and the few options I did select theydidn't put in my bowl anyway. I pretty much got a bowl of beef, with a few shreds of lettuce and cheese for a really expensiveprice. **UPDATED Previously I had made a 1 star review due to poor service and lack of food that was on the menu. The owner... personally reached out to me and asked for more detail on my most recent visit. After supplying him with my feedback, he offeredmy husband and I to come in and enjoy a meal to make up for our bad experience previously. We went in today as I was able totake my lunch break early. The experience was AMAZING! The previous few times we had gone to Mucho Burrito shrimp wasn'tavailable but they cooked the Shrimp fresh right in front of us. The environment was amazing, the restaurant had the best aroma(it made me hungry just walking in), and the staff were extraordinary! We both met with the owner and he even gave us chips /salsa and drinks of our meal on top of that! Amazing owners that care about their business, great staff, and the location isPERFECT! My husband and I will be coming back for years to come because of how we were treated today. Not only all that, butwhen we dug into our food, it was DELICIOUS!
