They make all the kids at saint Andre Bassett catholic secondary school wait on there lunch rain or shine outside only 3 people... in at a time but the McDonald?s employees let other people such as myself in before them all. I felt so bad for them also it?snot like the kids can go in as they lock the door so they can?t walk in. I watched as a kid in school uniform asked the girlopening and closing the door if they could use the bathroom she said ?no you can wait? the child then responded with ?pleaseI?ve been waiting all class my lunch is only 35 mins and I really need to use it? the worker responded with ? I don?t care? thenproceeded to slam the door on the kid. Also some kid there was telling me a similar situation but they got there friend to letthem in the side door which resulted in the door girl yelling at him saying he?s banned forever no exceptions I didn?t believehim till she yelled at him to step back from the door and said your not allowed in I don?t care. We had morning breakfast and it was decent. One star was less in review because of limited options for vegetarians. No... vegetarian burger is surprise to us. Anyway for breakfast it?s not a big deal but for lunch it might. Thank you Read more

I have very bad experience from the sales associate. I don?t see her name. But she behave very rude. I order 2 happy meal and at... the time of order I asked do you have Pokémon card and the one who took order said yes. I did pay and when I came to collect myorder I confirmed with them that I am getting Pokémon card along with my happy meals because my kids order happy meal for thePokémon card. Then the sales associate told me that they don?t have any more Pokémon card. Then I told them I already askedbefore I order. So please cancell the order. Then she told me that she could not do any cancellation if I want, take my orderand go or leave the food and go. I feel really bad when she yell at me in front of my kids. Later when I contact customer carethey told me that we have the right to cancell our order.. few people who were listening us also told me that they lady behavesdisrespectful. Read more

Nothing wrong with the food, just staff. I ordered 4 happy meals cuz my kids and wife and i were collecting the toys. I asked... for a bag cuz i went in alone, she (the employee) didnt want to give me a bag. She was going on about how the bags are only foruber. Like yeah thats great but that bag cost 2 cents and i wont be coming back so....i dont see that bein chalked up as a winfor anyone. Read more

My "experience" is less than happy. Service; Initially, nobody at the cash, then a dark-skinned man came and stood in front of... me, said nothing ,,, and walked away. He was replaced by a white-skinned woman who kept looking in the direction of the kitchensuch that I had to keep repeating my order (I sensed that they were both senior people). Turning to the order board I was theonly order being dealt with, even though there were two delivery drivers waiting -- but, in the kitchen I counted at least eightpeople, which could not account for the huge delay. Sitting down with my order I discover grilled chicken in place of theordered crispy chicken -- white woman said they were not doing crispy chicken. Sadly, Canada seems to be going downhill withfast food service. Read more

I went here, and when I tried to order in a drive through, when I called out to the speaker there was no answer. I waited and... waited until there were three cars behind me, but the person behind me and in front of me both were able to order. When i got tothe third window I told them what happened and asked if I could order there, and they said no. So I went to another McDonalds.Also whenever I go here I ask for sugar-free coffee and they put sugar in it, and when i ask for sugar they add no sugar, whichhappens oftenly. I want to say the staff is just terrible at their job, but for how long this has been going on, I think it's management... I... mean, 3 times now I'll be sitting in the left lane, then the car ahead of me moves, the right lane orders, that car moves, thenthe right lane orders again... thankfully, looking at other reviews, it's not just me, they're just really bad at keeping trackof whos turn it is. For anyone else that has this issue, if they skip your name, just pull up and order at the first windowbecause I've waited 2 cars one time, and then 1 car the last time. It's a joke. At least at the window I know it's my turn...maybe just remove the 2nd lane if you aren't going to use it properly or train your staff how to. Otherwise, ordering isconstantly wrong. I usually get drinks (Summer Drink Days) so I think I'm just done going to this McDonald's and I'm just goingto go to the one on Wonderland that's attached to the gas station. You can't get ice cream there but they actually move at adecent pace and the order is never (in my experience anyways) wrong. Constant issues, long waits, wrong line checks, and justoverall bad experiences at this McDonald's. I highly suggest you go somewhere else until management is fired and replaced... orjust retrained and they actually listen because what they're doing is just not working. I'm almost curious if staff had theopportunity that they'd share their training and overall experiences with their management. I'm confident they'd say that eitherthey weren't trained properly, or that the boss is really nice but has no idea how to run the organization. Read more

This location could use some work on communication and accuracy. First, the drive through line up sat at a stand still for 5... mins. This location has 2 ordering stations and I then sat and watched 3 cars order in the lane beside me before I was evenacknowledged at the speaker. No apology was given for the delay. When I finally got to the pick up window I was told to waitfurther for my food. When I complained about the wait already, my food was either prepared incorrectly or purposely given to mewrong. I asked for a cheeseburger with only ketchup for my young daughter and was given a burger with all the toppings.Strangely, the onions were hidden under the burger and we did not notice when we removed all the other unwanted toppings.Thankfully this was not an allergy issue. After interacting with 4 different employees not a single person apologized for thedelay. Just poor service all around on this day. Read more
