My order is consistently wrong when I visit this drive-thru. ???? No exaggeration - about 70% of my orders are wrong. It?s a... convenient location but I always pull in and inevitably have to run in and get the forgotten item or my extra pickles turn to NOpickles, a cheeseburger is a McDouble? The level of competence of their staff is absolutely mind boggling. Every time I have ordered from this location they find a... way to screw it up. Again tonight they forgot to send drinks for the happy meals and 2x the jr chickens that were ordered. ANDBECAUSE THEY SCREW UP SO OFTEN THE COURIER NOW REFUSES TO GIVE CREDITS THE ERROR. Incredibly disappointing experience. Solely from one crew member. I understand it?s busy with the street party weekend & can see... everyone was doing their best. Although their kiosks were down & you as a customer didn?t know until your order goes through &now you?re stuck with no number. Make people aware the kiosk isn?t working, write out of order. All crew members were saying thenumber along with the order. One girl was bitter & didn?t. Even when I brought it up & said half the people here have no ordernumber, everyone agreed. She gave me attitude. So I?m bringing that to reviews because that?s not how you handle that. I leftwithout my food because it was so frustrating. It was one of the worst Mac places. 2 moms with 3 kids in total. Very dirty place. All the girls at the kitchen are having... looong black hair. All the girls are with uncovered heads, unacceptable. They forget to make your order, we had to come up tothe counter top too many times to ask for what they forgot to put in our order. Nothing works properly. The employees ignoremess in the dining room. It was too cold in the room as well. I ordered latte and it was as cold as tap water and I'm not evenexaggerating! But I had no power already to go back again! Plus to everything the oldest of the kids got a stomach bug and wasthrowing up and having diarrhea all night long. So will never go there again! Read more
