I have gone here too many times now and there?s either something missing from my order or isn?t made the way it was customized... or the cashier makes you feel like you?re bothering them by trying to place a order and it?s made sloppy and it?s like honestlythey don?t pay attention to if someone?s asked for something not to be on it or to add something to it...someone could have anallergy and or can?t eat it without getting sick or have very sensitive stomachs an can?t handle like a dietaryrestriction.....The last two times in a row this has happend and couldn?t even eat what they gave me. I was at this location today around 11am. There was a gentleman who was upset because something was wrong with his order. I tried to grab breakfast quickly because I was at work. The service was terribly slow. It took 20 minutes and there was only... two people in front of me in line. One was ordering already. The person taking the orders was doing too much other things, likegetting drinks. It seems like McDonald's is trying to save money with bad service as a result. Read more
We stopped here on our way to the children's museum. I was so impressed that the manager brought our kids happy meals out first,... before the rest of the order was ready, so we could get them going on their lunch asap. Excellent! Read more
Terrible. Tried using the touch screen to do my order. Would not complete the transaction. Wait over 15 mins for my food. Than... my quarter pounder was cold. Poor service. Second visit $8 for small orange juice and a sausage McMuffin hash brown. Didn't ituse to be medium drink ? Went in to place order this time. Place was filthy by the drink dispenser.
