Slow, inaccurate service by inept staff. Disgusting establishment, every garbage can literally overflowing, all tables dirty,... floors need sweeping & mopping. Washrooms had wet floors, garbage all over, overall nasty Waited around 20 minutes afterordering for tray to be given to us. Forgot half the order & tried to give it like that, had to point out on receipt the missingwrap, COMBO DRINKS & milkshake! Staff member said he would bring wrap out to us when done, advised him where we would besitting. After 10 minutes went up & he stated he called for us & we didn't pick it up... reminded him he said he'd deliver itto us, he denied it. Only acceptable thing is food tasted as it should. Please tell people how long an item will take when they order at the drive through. It's called "fast food." If you tell people... ahead of time that an item will take 10-15 minutes, they may choose something that will be quicker, and they won't leave lousyreviews. ??????????? Read more
The drive through was ridiculously slow- not because it was busy but because it took each car over five minutes to get through... the payment window. Then the two large fries I got were hard as rocks. They tasted two days old. Read more
Sometimes my husband likes to have fries and or Mc fish and sometimes one or the other is cold and sometimes hot like it should... be. I think it depends on the staff that happens to be there at the time. None of the staff is ever super friendly. You arelucky to get 3 stars Read more
My order was made incorrectly and I asked them to remake my iced coffee with milk and not cream, when they gave me a new coffee... it was still made with cream. I told the girl that it wasn?t correct and she gave attitude stating she made it correctly, I wentto another McDonald?s to get it remade and they agreed that even the one she remade was still made with cream?. I would almost never give a 1 star. Over 20 minutes in drive though I asked at the speaker for ketchup salt and pepper. I was... given my food with no condiments. I then waited an additional 4 minutes at the window waiting for someone to return so I couldask for my condiments. 24 minutes is far from fast food you need to get some proper management in there speeding things up andincreasing accuracy.
