Restaurant was filthy. Garbages over flowing. Looked like nothing had been wiped down all day. I asked three different people to... wipe down a table so my daughter and I could sit down to eat. No one came and we had to eat our meals out of the bag on our lap. Read more
Good service. Disgusting lettuce and when I called to mention no answer. Junior chicken. Barf!! It was my lunch and I needed to... eat so I picked off the lettuce and the rest was good but very very disappointing that someone would consider this lettuceacceptable to serve. Makes you wonder. They seems to be too focused on drive thru than customers waiting for their food inside as food was quickly delivered instantly... to drivers as we waited 10 or 15 minutes. It is not right drivers are comfortable sitting in car and too lazy to walk in andcustomers had to stand up waiting much longer to get food by counter. This have to be addressed. Read more
Oh these fast food places and the current Covid inability to hire staff that are capable. Smelled off right from the entrance.... Lineup and people waiting but was only 3 total orders. Were told they would call our order number, 15 mins of standing thereuntil no other people were present and only when we asked about the order did they get it ready....20 mins for 2 drinks whichcome as cups you fill + a muffin and 2 mcflurries) Perhaps the grossest restroom I've ever seen in any fast food place ever. Not their fault they have pigs for customers but at some point somebody must go clean things up or quarantine off so peopledon't make the mistake of going in. Read more
I'm gonna have to say this MacDonald as opposed to others...in my opinion, is one where the staff gives a hoot. Their friendly.... You do get a smile and they don't mind changing your order at the last minute. The bathroom are usually clean, if a hobo visitsit from a day of begging. Which I have personnelly witness in the last 6 months. Please do not take it out on staff. I've seenthem..clean, stock and mop. Working hard to make us happy. I received horrible service today at this location. It took 25mins from start of the drive thru until I got my order. And I had... to go in to get my order. When I went in and spoke to the manager all she had to say was were busy because Oxford street wasclosed. I get that they are busy but there is no reason I should see 15 cars get there order before I receive mine and I have togo in and get it. Not sure if I will be ever returning to this location. Also there were no napkins or straws in the bags when Ireturned home from finally getting my order. Also did not receive my receipt in my bag. Read more
