Our Mary Browns Chicken was an outstanding lunch time experience. The photos I was able to take on a beautiful sun warm fall day... explains everything. The potions were just the right amount for the two piece chicken dinner, cold slaw, home fry wedges andthat butter milk biscuit. Those are good viddles. Our hostess, Shirine, is a professional through and through. She smiled thewhole time got all the orders right and hustled the 40 mins we were there. Shirine took the time to bring out everyone's ordersto their respective tables. This is a manager in training...atleast she should be. The staff at the back work diligently as wewatched them. Piping hot right from the oven our food it was..it was. Spicy MB chicken will indeed wake up all your taste budswith an explosive bevy of hot flavorful delight, not unlike the afternoon delight..without Matt Damon. Come down for snackslunch or dinner. Not much to say when reviewing a fast food chain - but I do think this particular Mary Browns has very friendly and fast... service! Food itself is great. A cut above Popeyes and KFC IMO. It's a Canadian chain, so that's cool too! Read more
Absolutely great service from Dominic, fast, efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. I personally have never had such... exceptional service from a fast food restaurant as I did today when being served by Dominic. We don?t eat here often but willdefinitely be coming back due to such extraordinary customer service. Great Customer service goes a long way and is hard to comeby now a days. I'm a big fan of the Big Mary sandwich. Today, was my first time trying their chicken. I was a little disappointed, partly... because my expectations were high based on my experience with their chicken sandwich, partly because KFC has a better, crispierskin. That said, it was fine. Mary Brown's at Wellington St. did a fantastic job on the 2 piece chicken meal with taters, sides, and gravy! The chicken was... juicy inside, and crispy outside. And the taters were seasoned to perfection. Customer service was fantastic, one of the bestI've experienced, and the place was so clean. I would definitely recommend them! Read more
Horrible. I asked for 2 piece spicy combo and they literally just put the chilli powder on top. This is not even edible as the... chilli powder is so concentrated that it?s burning my mouth, mind you I can tolerate very spicy food. According to theirmanager, that's just simply how they make the spicy chicken. Pathetic for a large chain. I did not get my refund and I insistedthey throw my food in the garbage where it belongs. Although I showed no disrespect to any of their staff, as I was exiting therestaurant, one of the fry cook condescendingly says "see you bro." That's okay 'cause I would behave like this too if I wasfrying chicken all day. Read more
Lovely place to eat n dine. Hygienic prepared. Tasty fresh yummy and everything you need. Staff is extremely welcoming always... smiling. I found apart from tens of happy customers getting packets of stuff packed up too meaning they are relishingchicken. Must try Buffalo Mary and Big Mary burgers. Read more
I had Mary Browns chicken for the first time while on the way home from vacation and tired. First off the drive thru service... was very pleasant and fast. The food (Big Mary original combo) was very good and the added gravy on the side made the alreadygood wedges even better.
