Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! Definitely give it a try if you haven't

Wanting to end our day with a nice iced cream, we went to Marble Slab. We haven?t been here in a long time and didn?t realize... the ice cream melts so quickly. My son went in to get a cup but was told he can?t have one. Sure enough the cone was fully soggyand the cone collapsed in his hands to the ground. I could care less about the cone. I?m truly disappointed in how the stafffailed to provide the cup when asked in the first place. After speaking with the supervisor or rather a woman at the ?samelevel?, all she could do was say sorry we won?t deny you a cup in the future. It wasn?t satisfactory after 20$ with of ice creamspent on and 5 minutes of enjoyment. All of which is on their patio. Read more

I always have had the best experience here with quality of ice cream but, yesterday it was so hot inside the store that the ice... cream they were giving was already melting. When I complained about it, they just said we are sorry and it is the way it is.Well I am paying full amount and just a sorry won?t make my experience any better. Read more

I've always loved the ice creams from Marble Slab ! However, the experience I had here was even more amazing. The ambience they... have here makes you feel like you're at the right place for best ice creams. The variety in everything they have makes you takelong to decide. And the topping allowed me to try my most weird combination that no other place could. The only negative thingwas the taste of strawberries they carry. Everything else was good. Terrible experience, been coming for this branch for years, today my kid picked an ice cream and decided to change as taste was... bad I tried it and it tasted awful (Mango), they refused and asked we pay again! They should allow sampling or accept whenpeople do not like (especially kids) they are charging a premium after all! Not coming back will shop elsewhere. Read more

Worst ice cream ever to get. Overpriced for nothing. I will never ever buy anything from this place. They overcharged for ice... cream that taste horrible abs start melting in seconds. Absolutely is not healthy at all. I regret buying from this place. Goto McDonald and pay $1.5 for ice cream that is fresh and taste way better than this horrible ice cream.
