Went in for the lunch special as it is supposed to be "Hot & Ready" around 1246pm - so lunch time. It was not hot nor ready and... I ended up waiting for pizza. The employee didn't bother telling me they had none prepared until AFTER I paid. Would have goneelsewhere had I known. Read more
Joke of a pizza place. Uncooked gross crazy bread which is probably a health risk. Later I had to cook it and Baste it in butter... and garlic to make it edible. Waited 40 minutes for 2 hot and ready pizzas. They cooked two and gave me one that had beensitting there all along which seemed to be ancient. Horrible service and even worse food. Don't go here. Ordered $45 worth of food for the family, pick up. They left off the "crazy crust" on both pizzas we ordered it on; called in,... first thing I hear is "...Hello?" Then after explaining what just happened, guy immediately (like, immediately) says "yeah thatwas my bad completely" as though he knew exactly that this issue occured and did nothing to rectify it until I called back:offered a credit of... Two crazy crusts. 1) why did this guy happen to know immediately that he had charged us for items thatwere not included in the finished order and 2) in what way does a 1-for-1 replacement of missed items make up for the mistake? Inow have to buy more pizza from you for you to make good on what was paid for? This seems like a sleazy way of attempting torack in repeat business on the pretence of "making up with credit". If they fix the sizing on the pizza to what it used to be then Ill visitagain. I?ve tried reaching out on a previous order and had no reply to my concern. That pizza was even smaller and slices thatwere no bigger than one of your sauce packets. Please do better as I know you can.
