Used to love going here but never been a fan of the staff. I understand they?re busy but a lot of tenders can be very rude.... Unfortunately last time I was there I had lost my wallet, doing what any person would do I?ve tried calling numerous timesthroughout the week and only once I have gotten an answer to ?stop f***king calling?. Extremely upset as all I want to know isif they possibly have my wallet or not. Every other time I have called I have gotten sent to a voicemail which does not allow toleave messages. Very poor service and racist staffs. The were serving beer for Canadians and not for other when asked about this the so called... manager racist lady said she has authority to kick us out. Such a shame to the country. We explained this to the other staff asthe were like we cannot do anything because this racist lady is the manager. A total shame to whole restaurant industry. Read more
cheapest bar in London. Very good environment to enjoy with your friend with just 5 bucks. I mean it?s just kind of free bar!... Isn?t because people like students and immigrants would definitely like to go and enjoy places like this where they can enjoy alot within their budget. Also sounds and lightning are so attractive. Believe me you goona come again and again. On weekendsit?s amazing to see how people enjoy whole night without any tension. So just go there and enjoy. Read more
There?s a new underground section they?ve added to the right side where people can go in for free On Dollar bear days (Monday &... Wednesday) . However if you wish to go upstairs from the underground section, you will have to pay 15-22$ depending on howcrowded it is. There?s often more crowd on dollar bears than weekends. But lines are very long and it take around 45-60 min toenter. If you go through the front door and pay 5$, you may go to the top floor, ground floor and underground freely. This restaurant is having a wings special every Thursday. Therefore I went there with my friends. The waitress gave us the menu... and quickly told us that there are only 10 wings. We decided to ask for a beer at least. While waiting for the beer that wastaking too long to come, we saw more than 5 order of wings coming out to the other customers ( some came sometime after us)...We were a little disappointed and just left. Jacks is a dangerous place with irresponsible bouncers. My freind and I both had trouble with the same guy, he tried to steal... from us by reaching into our bags and into our pockets, thankfully we were both sober so we caught him. Worst part is thebouncer saw this happen! Even when my freind and I told the bouncer about it he didn't do anything. The guy that tried to stealfrom us was black 6'5 muscular long hair. He didnt care and tried it with multiple girls. The bouncer was behind me when ithappened but didn't do it anything until the guy tried it for the second time on me. The bouncer is of Indian decent skinnywith short hair he was standing by the dance floor all night this was Thursday 21st of July. The guy I then saw go over to twodrunk girls and dance behind them, myself and my freind group left immediately. Please check you're cameras and bar this manfrom entering jacks again. Read more
Not from London but we stopped by after seeing it on Narcity for cheap eats. Food was good for the price! Can't go wrong at... $5.95 especially since the deal doesn't require a drink purchase. Read more
WE as 40 year olds, 3 of us just happen to try this place for a few drinks and dinner, Not knowing much about it. We were served... at a booth by a young girl. I think her name was Matty, at around 6 pm. She was in another world and coughing all over theplace. Was more interested with a boy sitting at the bar than serving us. We had 1 drink, didn't order any food and left withoutleaving a tip. Ridiculous..garbage. Never seen anything like it. Read more
