Just got an action hero burger and when i opened it up literally one tiny little onion ring, a quarter of the size of my burger.... The only extra thing on this burger that is more expensive is the onion ring and i got ONE tiny little onion ring. Thatshonestly embarrassing. Read more
I had high hopes for this place but I was wrong. My husband, my son and I stopped in for a late lunch. There was only 3 other... people in the place. The 3 of us all ordered the original combo. This is their original burger with tomato, relish, pickle,mustard I think and their hero sauce, fries and a drink. It seemed to take a very long time to be ready and even so the frieswere not really hot. The first thing I noticed about the burger is that there was way more bun then burger. The bun was superdry, almost stale. The condiments were barely there, a trace amount of everything except their sauce where there was a bit morebut not much. The burger itself was thin and tasteless. It reminded me of a cheap end frozen burger from a grocery store. TheHero sauce was sour and not to my taste at all. I took one bite and that was it, just terrible. Saw dust. The fries were a bitbetter but not by much. Typical frozen fast food fries. My son only ate a 1/4 of his burger because, he said, it just tastedbad. My husband ate his but said he wouldn?t have but he was super hungry. There wasn?t very many tables in the place and mostwere dirty like they hadn?t been wiped in awhile. The rest of the place seemed okay but their fountain drinks were pretty muchall out of order. They had a small selection in small bottles. The staff was pretty good. They kindly delivered our food to ourtable but only gave two packs of ketchup. Since they don?t put any on the burger, I used one on it which left me one. Expected more from a place with Burger in the title! There are better places to get burgers, although it is better than... McDonalds. Burgers taste frozen. Reminded me of the pack of "Our Finest" frozen burgers from Walmart. The bun and burger saucewere unreal! But I personally, look forward to the meat so this was a deal breaker for me. French fries are the same asHarvey's french fries if you've been there. I didn't think they were worth $4.50. I have had better fries elsewhere that werecheaper and a bigger portion. My boyfriend ordered sweet potato fries and they were soggy although a more decent portion sizethan regular fries. Probably wouldn't return! Would pay extra for fresh food and larger portions somewhere else. Read more
The food is pretty good but they didn't seem like were ready for someone to arrive 5 min after they opened. Had to wait over 5... min to see my first employee and another 5 min for them to login to the till. Read more
