First time visiting we were treated very well. The food was absolutely delicious!! We had appetizer of double fried chicken Thai... bites and one entree each chicken quesadillas for myself and bruschetta chicken breast for my husband. Wait time was veryreasonable. Rude staff. Off-putting and frustrating experience. They were quite obviously not interested in serving us. Waited over 15... minutes on the patio, no server, no drinks, no menu not even a hello. After 15 minutes of being completely ignored by everyoneworking here, we decided to leave and take our business to another local establishment (The Works) who were at least interestedin serving customers. What really gets me is with the exception of two guys sitting at the bar, our group of 4 were the onlyother people in the entire place!!! The wait staff were too busy watching some sports program on the television to even takenotice we had left!!! Can't comment on the food or drinks because we were never even served water let alone food or cocktails.Don't waste your time, post pandemic there are so many other local eateries to stop at while in downtown London. Great place. Went before a show on Aug 25 & had great service from a waitress who only had been there for a week or so. She had... no issues checking with the kitchen when we had questions and suggested her takes on some of the starters. Went back for drinkson their patio after the concert Read more

Went there today for lunch. The restaurant was extremely under staffed and the server tried hard. But the food was just not... good. I ordered the NY Pizza which is described as "hand tossed dough, large pepperoni, cheese and a second layer ofpepperoni". What I received looked and tasted like a frozen no name brand pizza. My guests all ordered burgers and fries. Allwere over cooked and under flavoured. We really wanted to like this place. Read more
