Don't normally do reviews but, felt compelled to. The number of stars doesn't properly reflect this but the food is excellent... for a "fast" food restaurant. However it was incredibly slow, 20+ minutes for two sandwiches. Whether that is lethargic staff ormaking that quality of sandwich just takes that long I don't know. If you're going to order food here DO NOT EAT HERE ON A TIMECONSTRAINT. Overall good food but I shouldnt be on the verge of asking for a refund before getting my order because of how longyour process takes without being told beforehand. Read more

I ordered online to avoid the wait as they say. The order was ready for pickup in less then 10min. I think that?s great for a... busy Friday supper time order. When I arrived I noticed the place is fairly busy. However, my chopped salad was ready veryquickly. The vegetables are better quality then other places I?ve been too. I would highly recommend eating at FirehouseSubs. The only negative I have is that I had requested utensils be included with my purchase and there were none. Read more
If we could give them 100 stars we would. Kid friendly, great staff, great food, clean location. The price is right, they could... even charge more and I?m sure they would be equally as busy. The staff worked together beautifully. They even let us try on somefire gear. We will be back. Read more
I wish I could give more stars! The service was amazing and so was the food. My friend had never been to Firehouse before, and... wasn't a fan of subs (she told me this when we arrived). She loved it and will be back for more! Staff was super friendly andhelpful, made us feel welcome as we sat inside to eat. Read more
The subs are awesome! I know of no sub company that can hold a candle to them. The flavour is unbelievable! The service was fast... and friendly. The store was clean and neat. Plus you get the added bonus of supporting your local emergency services. It wouldbe great to see franchises in all communities so that more areas would eap the rewards! Read more
Firehouse Subs really surprised me there's none in the Branford area and that's an absolute shame. The quality of the subs are... far superior to Subway or any other I've ever had I was so shocked and how good they were. I also like the fact that this comesfrom firefighters and other EMS staff with proceeds from The Profit going to support EMS initiatives within the community. Ilove the originality of all the recipes and I also love how the place is decorated. Read more
