Only one person working during the dinner rush. SLOW!! Not the employee?s fault but the restaurant can?t make any money if he?s... taking and making one order every 10 minutes?. Food was good. I spent close to 60 dollars for two bowls a side and two drinks. There was a mistake done to our order and we were served pork... instead of beef. Fortunately we caught this while we were still at the restaurant and the lady kindly remade it for us. Ibelieve this location would benefit with increasing their portion sizes. It seemed like the staff was instructed to serve verysmall portions. The staff that served us however were very kind(this earned the extra star). The food was mediocre at best.Most of the components were poorly seasoned and it tasted very bland. The chicken I received on my fries was cold and hard. I ordered from the wrong location by accident, but it was actually a fantastic mistake. The customer service at this location... was unmatched and the server promised we?d love our food. One of the best places near London to get a burrito. They have vegan options which is nice for the alternative crowd. The... chicken and all veggies toppings are a neat choice that other burrito places don't offer. Ordering from their website is quickand easy, and orders are prepared in a timely manner. The staff is so supportive and give a good service and very polite. Irecommend everyone to go there and taste once. Read more
Had the jerk chicken burrito. Holy flip was it ever packed with flavour and heat!!! I want to say I loved every bite, but I... couldn?t. The portion of chicken was disappointing!! Such excellent tasting flavour and yet the meat portioning was very weak.On the menu board they offer more meat for extra $$$. I should get lots of meat for the money I paid!! Still it was a tastyrice burrito, if that?s what you?re in the mood for. Luckily there are other places to get a meat packed jerk chicken burrito. Read more

Horrible?. Spent $60 on a small meal. Toppings were old and veggies were browning, cheap ingredients all around, guacamole was... the type you get from a squeeze pack at a movie theatre, salsa tasted like cheap tomato sauce, tortilla chips were stale,burrito was ice cold in the middle. Just so many things wrong. Save your money and your patience and order from Chipotle orQdoba. Any 5 star reviews here are fake, paid for, or friends of the owner. Read more
