Second time ordering. First time the food was basically inedible. I like to give restaurants benefit of the doubt. Second time... was just as bad. Order was wrong. Chicken pieces were so dry it looked like they'd been out all day. Waste of $15. It's sittingin my trash can. Read more
I didn?t enjoy the food. There was no flavour and thank goodness I put hot sauce on or it would have been so plain. At least... the one staff was a tad more communicative than the other person. I prefer Burrito Boyz Read more
Honestly, doesnt really live up to the hype, im kind of shocked they keep opening up new locations. Food took like 20 minutes to... prepare despite low traffic, burrito was 90 %veggies and 10% meat, and arrived cold. The waffles fries were cold as well, and tomy disappointment they use the exact same cold toppings on it as well. Should have just went to Subway next door. Read more
As a teenager who works in fast food, I get it and I sympathize with the hardship the employees in this industry have to face.... I?m not one to complain and never have before, however I went to get lunch with a friend today and decided to try this place outsince it is new and located near my home. Service was not the greatest, if anything the employees were quite ill-mannered. Iunderstand this is not an authentic Mexican restaurant, so I did not expect an authentic Mexican meal. However, I was notexpecting this. My chicken was extremely dry, the lettuce was soggy and my beans were cold. Not only did it taste awful, butthere was hair in my food. I ended up throwing almost all of it out. I didn?t complain or go back to demand a refund, but I wasextremely disappointed with my experience. This is not okay and I will not be returning to this restaurant, please do better. Read more
