We ate here on Fri., Nov. 4th (Cheque number 3421) and I was not pleased with the pizza. As you can see from the pictures, less... than half the pizza had sauce, cheese and toppings. Had we eaten in-house I would have sent it back to the kitchen, but weordered takeout and were already home. I was incredibly disappointed and it was not good value, priced at $26ish. I filled inthe East Side Mario’s online survey I was sent and assured someone would contact me within 2 days…it’s been 5…I likelywon’t return but I will update my review if I hear back from the restaurant. Update: I heard back from Nancy at ESM’s andwas pleased with how she handled the situation! We ate here again and enjoyed our meal. We would return! 4 stars Read more
My family and I loved it here; the service and the food was nice and we especially like our server! Christian (I hope I... remembered correctly) was very attentive and welcoming--we really loved him. It was very busy at the restaurant today and ourfood was pretty delayed, but his warm smile and attitude made up for it.???? In all, we had a great experience there and willdefinitely be back! This location should be the standard all other locations are held to. I went here with my wife and it was super busy, food came... a bit late but the food and service was amazing. This was the first time in many many years I can honestly say eating at afranchise restaurant was a pleasure. The food was well prepared not bland and oily like other locations I have been too. We had the best dinner tonight! My boyfriend and I had the Hell’s Kitchen dinner and the chicken parm - delicious!! But the... best part of our night was our server Natalia!! She was perfect: she would check on us consistently while still giving us enoughspace to enjoy our dinner! She was welcoming and comforting, absolutely amazing!! Me and my Father came here a few weeks ago on a Sunday and we both totally enjoyed ourselves here. Especially with the unlimited... soup & salads, plus their awesome unlimited fresh cooked bread loaves. Our meals were great as well. We both basically ate somany orders of soup & salad ( plus all those bread loaves ) that we both had half of our meals to take home for lunch the nextday. Our server Jeff was excellent and always kept an eye on our table and our bottomless pops full. Would highly recommend thislocation. Read more

Came here November 19, a busy Friday with people lined up almost out the door. We put our names on a waiting list and were told... it would be about 20 minutes for a table. We waited maybe 15 minutes tops, the food was great and the service was fast andfriendly, but the highlight was definitely the hostess/manager working that night.
