Customer service needs work. But their pizza is good, better then some other dominos I've had.
I ordered a 16? pizza but we received a 14? . Talked to 3 different ppl on the phone, the last one believed that the pizza was... in the right size and we have to drive back for half an hour in rush hour return if we want a refund or credit. Sodisappointing. Read more
I order online for delivery and they never showed up to delivery my pizza. When I call the store and inform them about it. They... said that they don?t deliver to any construction site. I?m working on site and wanted to order pizza on Mondays. I would like tospeak to the owner of this franchise store. Very disappointed with the guy who worked their on the Night Shift. I made and order online for pick up but when I picked it up... it was missing a topping and I asked him to check if the topping was on the order he says no I look at my online order andreceipt the topping was on there and paid for.
