I visited chatham dominos tonight. At 530 pm. Did not get the young employees name but he was pretty awesome. A homeless guy was... sitting right outside the door. He had enough compassion to offer the man a glass of water. And was kind to him ensuring he wasnot sitting too close to the doorway. He did it in the most mature manner without making the man feel worthless. Yet ensuringcustomers were not tripping over the man on the sidewalk This employee needs to be recognized for compassion. Next time you order delivery, maybe think about the lives put at risk....their extremely visible delivery drivers have no regard... for public safety. I am working towards having the police involved as multiple calls to the places of business fail to produce acall back from anyone with any authority to fix it. Uncontrolled staff doesn?t make for a good business. Read more
The service was very poor. I went to Dominos Pizza in Cote St. Luc yesterday ? They have a screen with list of people telling us... when the food it?s going to be ready or if it?s in the oven or it?s ready now etc .... Well I saw my name listed that my foodit?s ready Now but they pay NO attention to my food only After 15 mins later with no Apology that she given me my food which iscold after sitting there for 15 minutes.Very poor service. This Domino's is very professional and run by a great staff. I normally do walk-in specials and grab pizza for myself or a few... boxes for my co-workers. The staff always makes it right and its hot & fresh! Read more
