A local hang out, loved the lady who looked after our table more than anything otherwise it would have been 4 stars, the fish... and chips was ok and would not get it again though ( but I have very high standards for this dish) , the smoked meat sandwichwas very good, and Loved the fried pickle. There was no drinks menu which didn't matter that much I guess, clean washrooms anda great vibe. Good place to grab a good price bite if you are driving through especially from US and you need a break. Read more

Wait 15 minutes without even a hello?. Was just about to walk up to the bar and grab a drink but the server showed up. The food... was good? however was not given a napkin or silverware what so ever. My husband got a burger so it would?ve been nice to havesome cutlery. We also did not get condiments? but our server never returned so we just ate our food. Finally received somenapkins 10 minutes after we finished our food. The server was also willing to let me drive after 12 shots (I had 0 intention todo so obviously) but couldn?t believe it. If you're looking for some great pub food, at a decent price, look no further. You won't be disappointed. I had the Rib and Wing... combo ($16.99), and my friend had the single nachos ($10.99), both plates had enough food on them for two people, you definitelyget your money's worth. Went for dinner tonight ordered mushrooms as appetizer got chicken bites instead. Ordered 2 steak dinners Rare and med got rare... and well. Supposed to come with mushrooms ...none came till I asked. Server was good but at end of dinner told us she would havetaken off mushrooms which were really chicken but owners left and nobody hand manager override...As well both steaks were "8oz"but one was noticeably smaller.
