I live close to this location, so it is usually my go to. The last 3 times I have ordered a peanut butter cup blizzard, with... extra peanut butter cups and haven?t gotten any. Today I went and ordered my usual order, and repeated myself to ensure it wouldbe done correctly this time and after leaving not only did I not get extra peanut butter cups, there is barely any in the entireice cream. This is the second time recently that the quality of this specific establishment has been sub-par out actually inedible. The... last time recently the three boxers I ordered tasted of rotten milk. My assumption is the employees were using bad ingredientsor not cleaning their tools properly. Had to go to the Dairy Queen across town to get replacements. This time just now it?sbetter but the blizzard is just barely mixed but more so the brownie bits are stale and crumbly. As well I got the Royal peanutbutter and it had the saddest little ball of peanut butter at the bottom rather than and actual core of it. Would not even give a 1 star review as a fast food critic, terrible service rude workers and terrible food. Waited over 20... minutes for gross uncooked chicken took one bite and asked if I could get something else or get a refund and was told they can?tdo anything, and the chicken was made this morning and sitting out, was a lot of unhappy customers complaining. Would neverrecommend this place unless you want food poisoning. Owner should do something upon this matter before I do. 40 bucks paid fortwo unhappy costumers, thought fast food was about customer satisfaction hopefully something will be done about this! I understand it gets busy but when they called out my order, they said it wrong and another customer has claimed our order after... waiting for 15 minutes. We asked the lady how long it would take and she disregarded us and said it?ll be two minutes. Half anhour has passed and my family has grown impatient and now they take into action about what is going on. They never gave us areceipt so we couldn?t even let them know we haven?t gotten our order yet. She offered a free blizzard, which we appreciate, butwe would have appreciated it more if we have gotten it before. Read more
Its been a while since I've been at this location but it was a lot better then last time. Everything was clean and tidy. I saw... staff walk through and clean tables a few times as customer left the store. They also did a check of temperature of theirfridges which was nice to see that they check things like that. Bought a blizzard from the drive thru here this evening and it was nothing but a pile of melted ice cream. I asked for a... replacement and was told I waited to long and they would not replace it. The last time I ordered a peanut buster parfait from here there was no fudge in the middle. Tonight was just as bad. This... location has been very cheap with their toppings and cutting corners including with their Blizzards. You pay a lot of money forcup of soft serve with traces of fudge and a few peanuts. The location on Dundas Street has always been good and their toppingsare always plentiful. I will never return to this location as they are in the business of ripping their customers off. Went backtoday and the staff literally counted out the peanuts, virtually no fudge on the top and fudge missing on the bottom. Nothinghas changed in 7 months no matter what the owner says about having a good experience. This was the first time back to thislocation. Never have this issue on Dundas Street. Read more
Edit re: owner response: Dude you've been getting the same bad reviews for ages. You clearly don't care. It's a fight to get a... tray or lids for your stuff. I'm in the drive thru. I'm in my car. Gimme a lid. You think I'm going to just juggle a bananasplit all the way home? And they don't fill the blizzard. The hot food is gross, I feel like I'm an inconvenience to the personat the window, and it's already partially melted when they hand it to me. If you're getting ice cream just go to the one onDundas in the East end. They fill the cup to the top and then some, and it doesn't feel awkward and uncomfortable. Read more
