It's been a very long time since I've had a DQ burger, and I must say I was very disappointed. The meat was grey looking and... tasteless and not grilled how I remember them. The smoothie I had seemed watered down. Their onion rings aren't bad. Verydisappointed, it will be a long while before I ever go back !! Read more
Love dairy queen. Don't get it very often but I had the app. I don't have data so I assumed they had wifi, but they didn't, so... unfortunately I couldn't save money that day. So if you have the app, it won't work at this location. Data, probably. Didn'task. Regardless, blizzard was very good. Read more
Waited 15 minutes in drive-through after order was taken, had 1 vehicle infront of us, inside was empty. Received wrong item in... order and when I mentioned it I was told, " so do you want it or no?". I would prefer the order I placed and paid for. Had towait another almost 10 minutes for 1 replacement item. Staff was polite but very unprofessional. Read more
Was there today to get some lunch, went through drive thru since empty. However: The drive thru handed me my banana split,... then what feels like 20 minutes later after my split literally was melted away I got my food. solid forms by the time I got toeat it was the banana and the 1 or 2 strawberries. The rest was not even textual enough to makeshift a shake. The absolutehands down worse trip I have ever made to a DQ. Read more
Very busy, line to the road, dedicated hardworking employees focused on the job and a staff member telling MULTIPLE customers... that walk in they are not open - this is hard, as most are hungry. I'm very disappointed and angry. I bought chicken sandwich, brought home, tried to eat it and the meet is rawwww. I'm so hungry... and so angry. I would go back to ask for my money back but I'll not waste my gas and time and I know I wouldn't be polite soI'll just sit home and stay angry. Shame on them.
