Do NOT recommend - our first and last visit! I was in the area with my family and thought we would try it out. We were promptly... seated by one server, and then had our drink order taken by another server. When the first server came back to take our drinkorder, they were clearly disturbed by the fact that the second server took our order. We were rather rushed to place our order.Our food arrived rather quickly. But when it did, we were missing something we had ordered. When we asked to have it broughtout, the server said they didn?t have that item as an option (even though we had asked for that item when ordering). The tippingpoint was when using that bathroom. The udder stench of urine in the hallway leading to the bathroom was disgusting and made usquestion the state of the kitchen. The bill was $100. Not at all worth it. Nothing but a disappointment. Fish and chips were pretty good. I would definitely come back for the fish and chips. Reason for giving 4 stars is because the... restaurant is nothing exceptional and was served half a cup of coffee and the cup seemed dirty. Still not a bad place. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible (porterhouse). The tempura shrimp was crisp and tasty as well as fries... and some really good brown gravy. The bruschetta was also very good but the most surprising thing was the skillet ofmushrooms! They were slightly charred with delicious flavor. Absolutely incredible meal. Would definitely recommend! This is the best Chuck's in in town! I don't know what happen, from my past 2 visits I am not feeling the same. They don't have... long Islan Mix, they don't have wet wipes! I miss previous bar tenders. They are using the simple glasses to serve Moscow Mule!I like it in Moscow Mule Mugs!! Not at all happy with the changes please be back! the way Chuck's used to be. I have been here a few times and it is mediocre at best. One date night we had steak and lobster and the lobster was so... overcooked it was inedible. Today we sat here for an hour. During that time, the ceaser had no celery salt and the cider camewith ice. Just as we were about to ask for it to go, it arrived with soggy fries, lumpy gravy and an overcooked steak. Read more
