We recently had lunch at Chuck's. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was perfect. The Porterhouse steak was tender, flavourful,... and cooked properly. The French fries were good and hot. The beer was cold and properly carbonated. The service was timelyand friendly. And, the value is extraordinary at Chuck's. Read more

Tonight, thanks to the new cook, Josh, our meal was beyond our usual experience and expectations when we've dined here before.... We've dined at multiple locations before, including this one. Our meal not only tasted better than usual, there was much moreflavor, my boyfriend's steak was cooked to perfection & my burger was actually juicy! Usually, his steaks are over seasoned, andover cooked, and my burgers are fairly dry. Tonight, was a wonderful experience even though they were short staffed and therewas a much longer wait time, the waitress was kind and friendly & did her job well. Thanks to Josh & the amazing food tonight,this will be our go to location here in London, from now on! Please, for the Manager of this location,... Spent my son's heavenly birthday here with the rest of the family. There were 11 of us at our table, our waitress was attentive... and friendly, and our food was served quickly and correct. Tasted good too. I'm sure we will return again when we are in London. Read more

Very good beer specials, but only Molson domestics. Still great deal. Food was cooked exactly as it was ordered and tasty. A... touch too much salt, but good quality. Great service. Fast too. I'd say the best Chuck's of the 6 I've been to in various citiesin SW Ontario. Read more

My family usually came to this location due to the fact it's convenient to us , but due to several bad experiences with extra... long waiting for meals and constant mistakes or outright forgetting our items we stopped going for nearly a full year,instead going to Exeter Rd Chuck's, having much better service and accuracy of orders . At Wonderland Rd North the managerargued with me over a severely undercooked medium rare steak( I had sent it back twice,) he then told me people eat it thisway! I told him I'm not one of those people, his comment was highly unprofessional. There were at least 2 occasions we took ourson there and even when it was only 3 of us , not a complicated order only 2 Chuck's Burgers and 2 pounds of wings , they forgotour sons wings They also employed a waitress we knew to have a criminal record when I reported it to the manager and asked himdon't you do background checks his answer was she hasn't been any trouble but she was being transferred downtown, later she wasseen working there again we walked out. We went for our anniversary, had fillet mignon and lobster , I had baked potato and when I went to eat it there was a large... black something in it. They replaced it and the steak was fantastic. Stopped in here for some half price apps after a concert last night. I love Chucks for the good food and drinks and great... value. The service was great, apps were good, but cold, I think they held the 2 while they waited for the steak bites to finish,rather than just bringing them out as they were ready. Steak bites were good.. wings, fingers and onion rings were also good..and the dip was good. Nothing fantastic, and would have been better if it were all hot, but again for the price you can'tcomplain. Will definitely be back. Read more
