It is the second time that the male cashier did our orders wrong. We double checked every time before we payed but he still got... us wrong order. He even ordered extra item that we didn't ask for. My friend payed by card but they didn't refund on card. Andthe changes they returned was less than what they charged. We will not go to this place again. Read more
Decent bubble tea places. The first large bubble tea franchise in London if I recall. Other franchises (such as Coco's) came... much later. Quality is still decent but their prices have certainly gone up over the years. I would not recommend if you onlywant cheap, simple or basic bubble tea, but they have a very large menu of different drinks you can choose from Very extensive. Read more
I really enjoy their bubble tea but unfortunately I will be finding a new place for bubble tea. When I was in the store last... week I have my baby in his car seat. The way the store is set up I could not get to where the line began. Due to theinaccessibility of the store I stood by the front instead. One person came in behind me and I would have gladly let them go butthey saw I was there first and waved my ahead. The employee was very rude to me and told me the line started over there. Istated that I knew but couldn?t get by with my baby?s car seat. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at the other customer whoagain said it was fine to serve me first. If you?re store is not accessible do not be rude to those who do what they need to doto make it work. Cha time: make your store accessible for everyone and train your employees better. I love chatime milk teas and matcha red bean smoothie! Minus one star for playing music too loudly. It also takes a fair bit of... time (5-10 minutes?) to make a drink. I'll check from outside for the business inside and if there's a long line up, I give upand turn around unless I really want one. Read more
