I was so excited when the sign went up for a Burger King in my end of town. We went a few days after opening and the food was... great. Since then we?ve been a few more times but no more. I had the worst experience at Burger King today, I went to grab my usual order which is a number 6, roadhouse king with no... bacon. I have never been disappointed so many time in a drive through service. The first time, they gave me a sandwich that wasmissing the Pattie and the onion rings. And for almost 15 dollars a meal, I would hope to have everything in the Burger just theway I ordered it. It?s not cheap. And when I went back the lady kept insisting with her ugly attitude that I didn?t ask for theitems in the burger. Eventhough I take it the way it is but no bacon. It?s not a burger if it doesn?t have the mean! . Than shemade me another one after being so rude and so difficult. But this time, bun is mushy and falling apart, bbq sauce drippingeverywhere from the burger into the bag. Sauce everywhere, it was like they emptied the whole container in it. And there was twoonion rings that were super saugy because of how much sauce she put. The sauce was so watery the bun was falling apart. Itbecame so mushy and disgusting I threw it out. Should not have opened so quickly. I understand this is a new location, however, as this is already an established restaurant... chain, the service, quality/accuracy of product, cleanliness, and wait times are deplorable. We waited well over an hour for 2meals, there was overflowing garbage in both the restaurant side and on the kitchen side, and the service was not veryimpressive. In addition, they left out a sandwich, which thankfully we noticed, however upon actually eating the order, it wascompletely wrong. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and they gave me a beef Whooper, and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich andthey gave him a fish sandwich. Again, I understand this location is still new, but they opened way too quickly and still cannotrecover. I have also submitted a complaint with BK and while Corporate is quick to respond, the actual restaurant has neverresponded to my concerns. Save your money. Read more
I can understand being slow due to being shortstaffed but a whole burger missing from the bag? That?s a quarter of the order.... Waited 30 min for the order then another 30 waiting for the burger they forgot. Read more
Had lunch here. Quite busy with a lineup inside and some cars in the drive thru. Dined in, and the food was ready very quickly!... Had a Nashville spicy chicken sandwich with fries and Oreo shake. The sandwich was good, with a nice spicy bite to the meat andtasty pickles, but the bun was a little dry. Fries were salty and thick. Oreo shake was just as it should be. Home of the Whopper has landed at Sherwood Forest Mall plaza. This brand new location includes dual lanes for drive-through... option. The Burger was delicious as always. I'm unsure if it's the same at the other locations, but the service here is beyond slower and not as friendly as any other fast... food restaurant. Also I'm thoroughly convinced the fries are always done the day before. Both managers (at least I think theyare), I have seen working at random times and they seem to be working pretty hard and are very friendly and easy to talk to. Read more
