This location may have had a fancy new facelift but that makes no difference when service is terribly slow all the while the... servers are still pleasant and apologetic. I'm not certain if it's a lack of enough staff on hand or if it's a lack ofenthusiasm amongst the team. On my last visit, it was way way too busy for me to stay and wait to be served. Weekday lunchtimes seem to be the worst since students fill the place making an already slow service even slower. Read more
Great establishment--I used to live in the area and went there a couple times . I took a bus there the other night because I had... a craving and remembered they were open, got my food fairly quickly and caught my bus back home. I asked them if they could giveme change for a $20 I had (even though I used debit) and they were more than happy to accommodate me. And the food was great :) Read more
Our person taking the order was friendly and warned they had no ice and the fountain drinks would be warm. While sitting I heard... the next employee not say until after the purchase was made. Apparently, it has been down for quite some time and the restaurantdidn't bother to even try and bring in ice from outside. Warm food was fine and restaurant was clean. Read more

I was deeply disappointed due to the whopper being over 8.00 plus tax. We all have fallen into the world profit. When it cost... 13.00 for a combo 5.00 for a milk shake and over 8.00 for a burger then something seriously is wrong. We the people have allowedthis to happen. We allow corporate to make us pay more while they get richer and richer. Let see what if we started to boycottall fast food like McDonald's or Wendy's Burger King Taco bell all of them and we did this for two months. What do you thinkwould happen?
