Fries are not fresh. They are reheated and has dark color. Sandwish is not hot. They are out of matinara even though they sold... us mozarella sticks. They did offer something else, and that's why I rated 2 stars and not one. Read more

Hands down worst customer service I think I?ve ever received in a fast food chain. This location consistently gets my order... wrong as I order from them quite frequently. But not only mess things such as forgetting to remove a topping I asked for, orgive onion rings instead of fries, they often completely forget to put items in the bag. After my last visit, I don't thinkI?ll ever return even after stopping at this location for over 10 years, as its relatively close to my house. The last 4 timesI?ve been here, they have forgotten to put ordered items in my bag. I ignored it up until the 4th time, and I called about howthey forgot about half my order (a junior whopper, fries and didn't even get the order I received correctly either), and theyoffered a free whopper meal under my name as compensation. I specifically asked when I had to come in, and they told me ?anytime it doesnt matter, we have it written?. I come in the following week and ask for my order, and instead they have written adifferent order they had messed up previously as well, but not the free meal I had asked for. When I explained the situation, Iwas told that there is nothing they can do about it and it has to be the same exact day you come back, even though I asked andwas specified otherwise on the phone on two separate occasions. I was even quiet about the other orders prior where they hadforgotten complete items as well. It seems lazy, and that if they accidentally take your money, they wont even try to make aproper effort to compensate forgetting multiple items from multiple orders back to back. It?s unfortunate. Its pretty bizarre tomess up simple orders. But to completely forget entire items from an order, offer compensation, and then go against their ownword with no explanation why, seems like you?re just stealing money right out of the pocket of the customer. Great service today again. I usually hibernate from this cold winter. However, when it comes to making a weekly trip to the... Burger King in my neighbourhood for a Whopper, I am committed. This bk used to be fast now its the slowest in London. 1)last time I got food and waited an eternity for it, cold. Not worth... it. 2) they don't know how how operate a drive thru. They take orders one by one and you don't get your order taken unless thecar in front is gone. Meanwhile, the line up piles up. 3) order chicken, you will wait for it and it isn't worth it. The ownerhere doesn't care. The employees are slow as can be and the food is beyond horrible. Go somewhere else. Read more

You do not require a review before going to a Burger King. You have already made up your mind, you know exactly what you... want. It'll be flame grilled - yet cold. More mayo than anyone should ever put on a burger and the best pickles around. Theorder will be missing items or best case sandwiches with incorrect toppings. You will taste it while you are eating it, thenmysteriously, over and over again through the evening. It's the home of the Whopper though, not getting it anywhere else so Iam back over and over again. Enjoy! Read more

These were the tomatoes on one of my whoppers tonight. I ate the first one so I hope to god there was no mold on it. I spoke... with the manager and they insisted on just replacing my sandwich and were not realizing how unsanitary they were being. I askedthem to check their produce multiple times on the phone and they continuously told me the tomatoes ?were fine? which leads me tobelieve they never bothered checking. It?s the end of the night, people wanna go home I get it; but you can?t just put moldytomatoes on a burger and call it a day. I feel sick to my stomach just writing this.
