Terrible service, half my order didn?t show up. Ordered 110 dollars worth of food. Called the store managers and was transferred... on the phone back and forth because none of the employees have any competence or knowledge about what goes on in theirrestaurant. Zero professionalism, no resolution of issues, makes you repay for the food that you already paid for and that?smissing. No coupons no discounts, not even a sorry this happened. The store a manager Leanne admitted to THROWING our food outbecause she noticed it missing from our order?.. instead of calling us to let us know, she decided to throw out perfectly goodfood. That?s terrible service if I?ve ever heard of. Absolutely never order from here. You will get terrible food and a migrainefor an expensive cost. Jason is the district manager and he better figure this out because your managers have no idea whatthey?re doing. Read more
Decided to stop in and try Buffalo wild wings again even though our last visit we left without eating after being told the... things we wanted off the menu weren't available. We had a few issues but the manager comped our meal to make up for it. GREATLY appreciated. Our server Tammy was Amazing ???? Bought a bottle of Buffalo wild wings Honey BBQ Sauce which wasdelicious! My mother and I had an amazing experience. Emily our waitress was very nice and friendly. Kim the manager was very... accommodating, the mild sauce was hotter than expected and we couldn't eat the buffalo bites we had ordered. Emily checked withKim and a new order of bites with sweet bbq sauce was brought to our table in a timely matter. We were not charged for the first order. I would definitely come back. I?m just here to warn people. This was my first time going to this restaurant for dinner. When you first walk in there?s an... overwhelming smell of something not being fresh and the layout is crowded and messy. The food is just as gross as therestaurant. It is pretty rare that I don?t even eat any of my meal but I got out of there as quickly as possible with acompletely untouched dinner. I got queso for my fries and there was a thick layer of film over it. It wasn?t fresh and itseemed very old from the back of the fridge. I tried two different wing flavours and both were really gross. Not sure howthere?s so many good reviews; not sure what you were tasting or experiencing. Seems very odd to me. Read more
Best food. Fast service. Must try sauces on wings are Asian Zing, Mango Habanero, Parmesan garlic with blue cheese on the side.
Ok so the wings are fried very well and the bar looks ok. You best try the asian zest and avoid the original sauce as it tastes... like oil and butter, wedges are also not so hot but the service is ok and the fries are good. Read more
Went for dinner with my parents. It was our first time dining here. The wings were delish! Our Server Laura was wonderful, very... attentive and kind. She had a great sense of humour as well, considering we were a giggly bunch. I would definitely return totry more wing flavours! Read more
