Popped into this Boston Pizza on Sunday afternoon with my son and his entire hockey team. There must have been close to 40 of... us. Astounding experience. Shoutout to the customer service folks and the whole Boston Pizza Wellington team! Exceptional customer... service and mouthwatering food. The restaurant was clean and very well maintained and I can say that for sure because you knowthe cleanliness level with how a restaurant keeps their washrooms. Super impressed! There was a minor error in our meal but therestaurant handled it amazingly and ofcourse I will not deduct any star for one error and ignoring all the goods! It’s how youfinish! Superb job. Dined in on a Monday June 2022. Called ahead as we were a party of 10 and it was last minute. We were advised no... problem. Table was ready when we arrived. Server arrived and took drink orders. Took a bit for the drinks to arrive. I hadordered diet cola. Tasted it and it was not diet cola. Took a few minutes for a server to pass by again and I said that thedrink was incorrect. She advised me that it was Dr. Pepper. ??? She then went to leave. I asked that I get a diet cola. Shereturned with the correct drink but left the Dr. Pepper there for some reason. Meals arrived slowly so that some were almostfinished when others were just being served. No refills offered on any drink. No check-in to see if meals were OK. Iunderstand the labour issue presently but there seemed to be plenty of bodies. The person who seated us, the server who tookthe drink order and three young women that served items. Perhaps not all were fully trained and were observing otherstaff? Not a great experience. Read more
The food was great. Crispy wings. Plentiful pastas. Burger patties have top quality ground beef. Service was great. Price... point is fair and not overpriced. Washroom was clean enough, but any public washroom is a no for me. Lol. Enjoyable experienceover all. Read more
I can’t recommend this location enough. We celebrate all our milestones at BP. Valentine’s Day is no different. The food was... delicious, the staff were polite and Kim the manager went the extra mile for us when she didn’t have to. We ordered a heartshaped pizza on ‘our valentines’ a couple days early and Kim made it a memorable one. Thank you Kim!! Read more
I ordered “Seven Cheese Ravioli” and got it curb side. I get home to see the Tupperware not even full. $20 for this? I get... more pasta in a ravioli can. When we arrived, we thought at first that the restaurant was closed because there was only dim lighting visible from the main... road. Only when we pulled into the very dark parking lot, did we notice the lit OPEN sign. The parking lot is pitch dark and isnot safe. Went for a late dinner. Had chicken noodles soup which was underwhelming, the garlic toast was good. The nachos withground beef were mostly nacho chips, not enough meat and vegetables as toppings.
