Ordered 2 large panzerotti and when they get here they are ovbiously not large, normally they fill the box, so I call to ask and... they claim we used a large dough, sorry. After contacting them again this time the owner and restating the size, includingpictures they offered to make it right. Read more
Pizza review #3, first timer at this establishment. Ordered a medium cheese, extra large pepperoni and nachos. Nachos are... pretty good, even after a 15 minute drive back to the house, id rate them 3.5 stars. If your close by and eating it right away,the nachos are a good choice for a snack with some friends. Fresh toppings, good crunchy chips, overall good flavors. I orderedthe pizzas one regular sauce and one extra sauce (pepperoni had extra). I did open the pepperoni box right away in the car toeat a slice, to get a true review. The pizza crust is pretty good, slightly more chew, but to some people they might like that.The pepperoni had a fairly good flavor, cooked evenly, no burnt pepperoni. Only issue with the pizza was the amount of sauce,even when requesting extra sauce it was still very light which caused a dryer then normal pizza slice. This sauce issueunfortunately resulted in a cheese that was dryer then normal. I think if the sauce was thicker the moisture content in thecheese would be more present, therefore giving that stringy, pull away cheese texture. Was still happy to give big guys pizza atry. Was visiting London earlier today, my wife said she'd like a pizza (happy wife happy life right?) So, not being a pizza fan, I... looked up best pizza in London and compared reviews. Big Guys Pizza came out ahead in reviews and they didn't disappoint. Pizzawas freshly made hot and extremely tasty even for a non pizza lover! A medium size was very generous and smothered with all thestoremade toppings. Owner was serving and was a very friendly chap. Ordered 2 pizzas, 2lbs of wings and potato wedges for our night out. Honestly rather of had Pizza Pizza... Wings- 4.6 out of... 10- Were nothing special. Must have been oven made and not deep fried, they were more on the soggy side but most oven wings are.Cant beat a deep fryer. Potato Wedges- 6.7 out of 10- Good size potato wedges could have had a bit more crisp to them, but theywere decent. Once again what a deep fryer would do! Pizza- 3.8 out of 10- Honestly after spending $55 on everything i washoping the pizza was going to be really good. Anyways complete opposite. My 2 year old who loves pizza didn't bother touching itafter one bite. But the pizza barely had any sauce was very dry. Not sure why but the toppings were underneath the cheese whichdoesn't make the pizza look good at all! Anyways the pizza was dry too much cheese and topping underneath just killed it. Great pizza and thata hard for me to say but pick up is way better . Ares was delivered on uber eats and took forever but... surprisingly still was great EDIT Won't be returning based on my experience last night. Have been a repeat customer for thelast year. Ordered 2 pizzas wings and wedges. Wings and wedges were great. Pizza was way over done. My mistake for not checkingbefore I left. It was unacceptable for that pizza to have left the establishment. I returned it and explained why I wanted mymoney back (just for the pizza,which I brought back with one piece missing from both) and the employee agreed it was bad andsaid I could have store credit. No apology. He did not care. Customer service speaks volumes. There was only one person workingthere last night. If that was the owner, shame on you. There are lots of pizza places with high standards that care about whatleaves their door. This is not one of those places. Read more
