Staffs untrained, they don?t know what they are doing, never ever order cake from this location
If you like Hot Brownie Sundae then this is not the right branch for you, as they are short of it most of the time.
Very bad experience. No tissue paper available, Washroom was dirty, stinking, no handwash in washroom, no proper cleaning
Every time we go we have been greated with a smile. Many yummy flavours. Love the tubs you can get for home for quick grabs.

This icecream store is a clean,friendly place to go. It does get busy in here and sometimes it feels very hectic waiting and... starts to feel small in the store as people are standing and sitting all over waiting to get served. Overall it's a good littlespot, icecream is tasty, fresh and have neat flavors. I like the tables outside that's a bonus. This place is wheelchairaccessible. Read more
Decent store with some pretty amazing flavour options. It has lots of gluten free options that have labels on the front for the... customer to help decide. Unfortunately when staff was asked for a suggestion re gluten free a gluten option was offered evenafter the employee was reading the allergy list. Disappointed with that. Would be a 2 star except the allergons were listedfor the customer. Read more
I went today with my daughter to buy her birthday cake. The woman and man who work there never smiled, never said happy birthday... to her and a acted coldly with us .. She wanted to see the big vanilla ice cream cake and the lady kept pointing to the smallcake size and saying it's the same design ( she showed her finally the big cake after I asked her couple of times and we endedbuying that one) A child would like to see their cake, it is nice to oblige them a little, to smile and called them birthday kidand congratulate them. You may not get paid extra for that but it's nice to act human. Read more
