Amazing sauces, toppings. Most of the staff is friendly and average customer service. I ordered Falafel wrap, although they put... a sign for 4 sauces, the guy added 5 sauces for me and its really appreciated and worth spending money on. Read more
Update: I've dropped the rating to a 2 star as the establishment thinks it's ok to hang up on customers when it's to busy.... Arrogant and disrespectful behavior. TURN YOUR PHONES OFF IF INSTEAD OF DISRESPRCTING YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOUR TOOBUSY!!! Food was good, portions were decent sized but pricing is abit high for a shawarma place. I've had shawarma from dozens of places across the GTA and Babaz honestly blows them all away. I tried it for the first time... during my last trip to London and literally ate it 3 days in a row. The meat is cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and has thecrispy edges one can only get when the meat is cut fresh from the spit, something that's pretty rare at shawarma places thesedays. All the sauces I tried - garlic, tzatziki, and spicy garlic - are all delicious and compliment eachother nicely wheneaten together on the chicken rice bowl. Wraps are also delicious and made on fresh Saj bread instead of pita, offering athinner and crispier wrap. Babaz is a must try for any shawarma fan and if they ever open one in Toronto you can bet I'll beordering from them at least twice a week! Read more
